A large deciduous tree growing up to 30m, and sometimes in optimal conditions 50m, in height, and is one of the most massive oaks with a trunk diameter of up to 3 m. It has a very distinctive leaves with lobes separated by deep sinuses and a very prominent crown at the tip. Acorns of this species, distinguished by very deep fringed cups, are quite large for oaks.

Plant and Shipping Information
All plants are currently grown in 100mm to 140mm pots and will be carefully packaged, and in most cases, sent without pots.
We ship Australia wide with the exception of Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania.
We send via Express Post with a flat rate charge of $24.95.
Plants will be carefully packed and sent on Mondays and Tuesdays (regardless of day the order is placed) to reduce the amount of time the plant is packaged.
When you receive your plants we recommend you unpack them immediately and hydrate them. We recommend planting or potting your plants as soon as possible after delivery.
